Risk Assessment of Water Inrush from Coal Seam Roof Based on Combination Weighting-Set Pair Analysis

When exploiting Jurassic-era coal resources in Northwest China, there are risks of water inrush and sand burst disasters from seam roofs. To improve the safety mining, it is imperative to accurately objectively evaluate risk sandstone aquifers roofs reasonably effectively prevent control disasters. In this paper, 221 mining area Shilawusu Coal Mine was considered. By combining basic geological condition data, hydrogeological drilling data studied, four main factors, including equivalent thickness sandstone, lithology coefficient interbedded mud, core recovery rate, were selected as evaluation indexes for predicting roof. A hierarchical prediction discrimination model based on combination weighting-set pair analysis established. The weighting method, which sum squared deviations, used optimize subjective objective weight values obtained by improved analytic hierarchy process entropy methods. applying set theory, comprehensive connection degree determined using function that constructed with 31 instances study area. Then, grade each instance evaluated confidence criterion calculate index. Finally, index combined borehole pumping test discharging partition results indicated most safe, small transitional dangerous areas only central northern regions. Based classified a model.
